At SINSUN, quality control begins at the source, sourcing raw materials from Ansteel and Xingtai Steel.

We operate in-house spheroidizing annealing and wire drawing stages. This control, powered by our advanced drawing machines and gas-fired furnaces, yields consistent microstructures and ductility before cold forging.

Our cold heading shop features over 200 German-imported multi-station heading machines, capable of outputting up to 1,200 pieces per minute. By pairing this cold forging capability with precision Taiwanese thread-rolling technology, we maintain dimensional tolerances of ±0.02mm and surface finishes of Ra ≤ 0.4μm.

Our four continuous mesh-belt heat treatment lines process up to 20 tons daily. By controlling temperature and atmosphere, we prevent surface decarburization and achieve consistent tempered-martensite hardness levels of HRC 28-32. This process ensures high tensile strength (1,000+ MPa) and long-term durability.

02How do you manage hydrogen embrittlement in high-strength fasteners?

For high-tensile fasteners (Class 10.9, 12.9, Grade 8) undergoing acid cleaning or electroplating, we implement a post-plating baking process. Fasteners are baked at 200°C to 220°C for at least 4 to 8 hours within 4 hours of plating. This drives out hydrogen and protects against brittle failures under loading.

03What coatings do you offer for high-salinity marine environments?

We source raw material coils exclusively from premium steelmakers like Ansteel and Xingtai Steel. Each heat number is logged into our ERP system and tracked through spheroidizing annealing, cold heading, heat treatment, coating, and final packaging. This maintains complete traceability back to the original steel ladle.
